We only have ourselves to blame here. The red flags have been flying for a long time, but we chose to ignore them, or believe those who never stopped offering on-line assurances because they two were over-invested, or were shorting the stock while holding cheap warrants. 

POET is done my friends. As angry as we all are, as embarrassed as we are (and I am) for introducing family and friends to this company, we need to learn the lessons. Some people will have lost life savings over this.  That's horrendous.  Some of us are fortunate to have careers that can allow us to keep working and trying to rebuild that segment of our portfolios. 

But all of us will carry a lifelong resentment towards Thomas Mika and Suresh Venkatesen for their arrogance and frankly, ineptitude in steering this ship straight into the rocks.
