Why did they have to refile this offering. ?   Did Mika fill out the wrong forms or neglect to add the earnings report. ?  It's been delayed by three weeks because of this and allowed the share price to fall further.  Positive talks...what does that mean. ? With only enough money to last into next month they have waited to the last minute to raise money and everyone knows it.   Absolutely nothing of substance in this news release.  Any surprise ?
