Easy to be a Monday morning quarterback but have to wonder if Suresh is seriously thinking it may not be  wise for him to be in a dual role both Chairman and CEO. Tasks are delegated at the Sr exec level but there needs to be governance oversight and accountability if decisions are made which can adversely impact company's reputational standing.  Acting in a dual role in top positions of authority may not lead to needed critical rigourous discussions at the table when it comes to decisions.

I remain cautiously optimistic we will pull out of this but devastating to see this massive loss of market value since this offering announcement with no pricing. Personally like most of you I'm deep underwater on paper. I do know if we can execute and garner overdue market interest it's possible for a dramatic reversal. Fingers crossed strong hands buy and hold investors involved.

  
Looking  forward to hear from Suresh to instil confidence. He will need to address why the offering was done this way.
