I believe that the US$ financing/offering details (price, quantity etc) must be revealed as a matter of public record  so parties can participate, unless Maxim is buying the whole issue and then reselling .

Until that is done , and the US offering has Closed the company states that nothing can happen  since the LIFE offering is contingent on the US closing.
