It would not be a cash deal if CAI were to merge with POET. We'd end up with stock in the merged entity. David L would be CEO and Suresh would be head of tech. Tom M would likely retire. 

As for an earlier comment about 2023 being the year we go to the moon, such has been said so many times in the past few years. We should all remember when you shoot for the moon, there are risks attendant thereto.
