The idea makes sense.  I just hope the pushback isn't coming from the POET side.  In general, any significant investment at this stage usually requires giving up a board seat or two.  I don't know our CEO's mind on this.  Those that do may be able to give more clarity.  Would control be an issue?  Is stubborness a tragic flaw?
