I still don't know why some of you with a large number of shares won't band together and call a special shareholder meeting.  Yes, all these things need doing.  But there is not motivation from within.  Its going to have to come from the owners.  Us.

I think if TM announced his retirement and replacement, the stock would jump 25% minimum on the news.
