That is overstated. Volume of shares traded were quite anemic prior to offering news so don't think that is a factor. Also we don't know what price offering will be set at. Those who believe and have funds are averaging down and my hope is we have new investors who were waiting for an event like this to take a position. 

The ones perhaps saw things coming is when poet started selling into ATM at 6$. much earlier on. In hinsisght that signaled poet needed funds badly and had no significant news to drive price up. Those who sold then and now re-entering are fortunate . Hindsight 20-20 as usual
