Totally agree with you. Have no illusions based on past record. The company is probably shooting for  $2.00.

Just wanted others to realise the massive dilution that would take place, but suppose it is better than the company running out of money.

Realise Management and employees aren't too excited about what has happened because their options are worth nothing at the moment.

What is still a big worry is if they issue more options to themselves !

Currently they can issue 20% of  outstanding shares. If there are 15 million new shares totally then that would be 3,000,000 options.

I BELIEVE THESE OPTIONS SHOULD BE ISSUED TO CURRENT SHAREHOLDERS.

the people who have supported the company for many years and currently are deeply in the red
