I know the market and world events are very bad now for financing a company...but that does not explain the total lack of interest by institutions the last couple of years when everything in the markets were on an incredible run...yet not for us.

you have heard the saying that some salesman could sell snow to Eskimos...thats the kind of salesman we needed to handle our financings...plain and simple...snakeoil salesman sure...whatever would not have dilluted us like this...we are approaching nullifying all the so called benefit of the reverse split....
