If that is true I suspect Cormark would not be too happy with any deal or "The Offering" for any less than $4 Canadian. (Unless, of course, they get more in this deal), And if Cormark came up with $2 million for $4.00 ca ,26 days ago, we should certainly not expect a deal for less than $4 now. My thoughts.
