They were a factior for sure to what extent who knows...I believe the greater factor is the fact that the placement was unpriced and would be set by market reaction..which allowed for price manipulation to establish a lower base price which would be discounted again in order to establish pricing....this would also trigger stop losses and cause fear with other investors....A Perfect Set Up
