Yes, this is the stage where compare Poet to every other failed stock and see the similarities.

Bad raise, give out options, split, give out options, bad raise, etc. The journey to zero began ... hmmm just about when insiders sold.

The red flags were here for all of us to see. Management at least gave us that.
