Still have shares....decent amount.... watching from a far. 

This drop smells of current connected shareholders selling thier stock to generate cash to participate in the PP/raise at better terms.  

 I am hoping (not a strategy-I know) and anticipating a price come back after the raise.   There will likely be a bit of a bounce.  

The net : They could be boot strapping this better, and be more mindful to dilution. 

 It's frustrating and a shame.....it is a great tech.   I don't disagree that the CFO has made errors.
