I second Foxy, please transmit your dissatisfaction as shareholders to the company and ask for clarification.

While management can claim that they do not follow up with public forums, it is their fiduciary duty to shareholders of this company to provide feedback and explanations for the extremely poor financial decisions leading the share price (translated into shareholder value) to these levels.
