The Offering Agreement is not yet on SEDAR per NR despite the mention to view it there. It might shed light on potential pricing and other terms. They better have it out with news if needed before market opens. Investors do not like uncertainty when it comes to financing pricing.

I can't believe as we move to production and new product launches this quarter we do not have certainty on financing - cash situation to maintain operations. There has to be more in the works and this NR today is insurance in case of further delays.
