Getting an institutional investor in at this point was a longshot. So they have given the average Poet investor a chance to get in at a good price with a half of full warrant. The kind of deal that when offered in a bought deal or other private placement, most here howl about. 

But now people are howling cuz it's offered to them and not an institutional investor. 

Too much negative emotion built up here.
