So as per the Friday NR: The Company has suspended sales under the United States-only ATM Program and is not required to provide notice if it resumes in the future.

Let's try to keep it simple. The reason the US ATM was suspended was to stop the downward pressure on the US share price associated with the US ATM.

If Cormark is making a large purchase through the CAD ATM at $4 then I think this would immediately remove much of the investor uncertainty about the cash runway as we await further commercial developments  such as the China +1 JV.
