Both ATM's are suspended or closed. Of course they only announced the US ATM, as that was reactivated after the shelf was renewed.

The Canadian ATM was never reactivated when the shelf prospectus expired.

The whole ATM had flaws. They should have set a minimum share price at which the ATM is used, would have stopped shorting. They should also have waited to open the ATM until after the new prospectus. Anyway, it is what it is and we have more questions than answers.

Below the line of events as far as I understood the ATM: 

1) they open the US and CAN ATM

2) a few weeks later the shelf prospectus expired and both ATM's got closed

3) After the new prospectus the US ATM restarted just on the day Craig Hallum lowers its price target (they are the ATM broker)

4) Now, again only a few weeks later, also the US ATM has been suspended again with a late Friday NR
