Buy when everybody is bearish. This is the sentiment here. I'll continue to add as much as i can. Should go back over 5$ pretty soon + it is Oversold.... ATM doesnt help for sure and incertainty over their cash position and expectation to attract big money but still cheap in my opinion, not a financial advise tho. You cant last long on ATM, 100K wont pay the bill... burn rate of 4M+ by quarter
