The ATM was and is a good idea. I think they were trying to avoid a private placement or other offering where they'd have to discount the price in some way, warrants, lower offer price, etc. 

But as has been stated, capital markets are not friendly places just now, especially for companies like Poet. 

Baba, I agree completely. Stay away from those warrant deals. Been down that road too many times.

One might think that good news would be coming soon. But would a good news release be of any value in this present market?  I'd just as soon wait for a favorable time in the market, then 'pile em on'..
