You're saying that shareholders are frustrated with the lack of communication, desire more transparency, and seek improvements in how the company engages with them.
Not 100% true, in my opinion. The company is communicating, but shareholders have to listen. I would recommend everyone to rewatch and reanalyze the latest video's. There's a lot of information in these video's. Also video quality and communication has improved significantly.
What's actually bothering people is indeed lack of transparancy about the financials. In this bear market, the money in the bank shrinks. We may have an ATM and institutions willing to fund >50M (Lisa's analysis). But why isn't Suresh talking about this potential large funding? Why do we have to read this in a paid analysis? Why are they executing the ATM at these levels? There's a perception that bankruptcy may loom, but the company is actually committed to delivering and scaling. Shareholders are less concerned about products and technical achievements, which have been impressive, and more focused on financial backing and institutional ownership, which have yet to see significant improvements.
If the company could secure substantial funding, establish a second JV to back us, or significantly increase institutional ownership, it would be groundbreaking news, greatly reducing the company's risk. I'm eagerly anticipating an announcement of this magnitude.
