I don't even mean this as a criticism necessarily, but as the company matures isn't there some benefit to having a proven capital markets guy involved on the financial end?  No offence to Tom but he clearly can't attract investors and/or sell this company, in any meaningful way, seems self evident at this point.  The man is getting up there- thinking of Poet first and foremost-what a shot in the arm to bring in a fresh face with a pedigree, as we reach this crucial point in the company's evolution.  Tom has brought us to this point, it is no slight to pass the baton, not to Barnes, but someone who has real panache and demonstrates we've reached the big time.  Is that such a treachous opinion?  I'm not scape goating or bashing, but given his age and what we've seen, to me it's time to get a fresh perspective and a proven capital markets guy, with real tentacles and chops, hard to see the downside.  No disrespect to Tom, but it's time.
