Agreed, if they say they are going to do one, then they should.  But, I won't worry if it takes longer than anticipated.

Regarding the AGM slide, it's difficult to know exactly whats what.  Part of the comms issue I suppose people will say and I can appreciate that.

100G: LR4 TxRx (POET Legacy)- https://poet-technologies.com/news/2023-jul-26.html

So based on this July news release.  Three customers are undertaking product evalutation and others requested samples -

Three lead customers have received samples and started product evaluation and two others have requested samples.

Does this mean products have been released and the slide is not accurate?  The NR then goes on to say -

POET expects to complete the qualification of 100G LR4 Transmit and Receive optical engines and start volume production at its joint venture partner, Super Photonics, by Q1 2024.

I suspect the next time we here about these products is when the customer is satisfied and volume orders are made.  I'd expect a Q4 release for that as evaluation by the customer will take months and that's assuming no tweaks are needed.

POET One (TxRx) - https://poet-technologies.com/news/2023-may-11.html

A PO of $3mil was received back in May from BFYY and from this release they expect evaluation to be completed by Q4 (customer dependant) and volume production shipment in early 2024

POET and SPX expect to complete the design verification testing and reliability qualification of POET ONE by the fourth quarter of 2023 and then start production shipments to BFYY in early 2024.

Is the AGM slide referring to other customer releases? Since it seems they have already released POET OneTM products to BFYY for evaluation in May.  Vivek said in the NR -  "A production order of this size validates the commercial viability of our optical engines and other POET Optical Interposer-based products"

I suspect we will hear more on this in the coming weeks or months.

200 G: FR4 Tx

I believe this product is to do with the ADVA collaboration, it would be great to hear more about this, since it was January they announced this.

800 G: FR4 Rx

This is the Luxshare collaboration and from the slides I can see the 400G FR4 has been released.  I thought the 800G was based on 2x400G FR4 and so should also be in production??  This is what POET said back in Feb

POET expects to complete design verification testing and reliability qualification of the RXOEs in the first half of 2023 and start production in the second half of 2023.

We are long overdue some sort of news about this arrangement and ADVA.  But, as ever, when working with customers, timelines are not always within POETs control and so some Q3 goals could slip to Q4 or at least they update us in Q4 rather than Q3.  What is a realistic timeline between a production release and putting out an NR to confirm it?? Afterall, they have given some vague timelines within previous NR's and so would they need to let us know promptly?

Lot's to ponder and look forward to.  I have no doubt they are working hard to deliver and will do so, even it continues to include delays.
