You can't be suggesting we need a new CEO? Right now the last thing we need is management spending time looking for new blood. Not to mention the huge loss of continuity in any of the negotiating ongoing. It would be wreckless and no doubt set us back at a very vital point in our history.
Suresh has built a fully fledged company from scratch and taken a technology from lab to production. The progress, when you sit back and take stock is surely something to be admired?? Right now we need to maintain continuity I believe. I trust if Suresh thinks TM is a hindrance he'd pull the trigger (not to be construed as a death threat!!!!).
