In addition to these questions, in the next post there is info on the Marvel Orion.  I may be more confused than I think I am, but it seems to me that we don't compete in the same space as Orion.  That technology is described as addressing regional on long distance applications.  POET tech is not related to that.  If I'm wrong, please feel free to shame me.
