We need a JV partner. We will have a JV partner. We have plenty of interest.  The money looks to be substantial.  The partner will be outside of China, a major "hang up" for some investors.  The partner could be an attractive name.  This new arrangement isn't years away, it's weeks or months from an announcement imo.  This JV announcement will be a very significant share price catalyst.
