At what point does the NDA stop being in effect ... once a PO is issued or can it continue even after that?  You would hope that POET might have some leverage in getting permission to circumvent the NDA early, with the customers permission of course, given the low SP ... I would hope the NDA customer might also be concerned about the low SP affecting the ability of POET to raise finances ... the customer would want a very financially healthy POET I would think.
