Germ,
As a POET investor for more than 5 years, I knew the pitfalls of speculative positions. POET seemed to say the right things, and keep me interested despite my increasing suspicion that the companies' tech does not seem to match management's business acumen. Personally, we have let our patient positions go so long that there is no way to get out even if one would want to, what with the low volume, at any price. If what POET management is/has been doing for the recent years is legal, it doesn't seem to be a stretch to ask them to explain themselves.
I have questioned POET from a number of angles in the past, had some of the posts cited for "Violation", and been ridiculed personally by a chosen few. Those events have not bolstered my confidence in POET nor changed my mind about anything related to POET's management and board of directors.
