Talk about reaching and making excuses. And you're also just casually accepting a +5 year window for any avoidable errors that management may have (most recently) caused? 

Come on now. We don't have to be sycophants and pushovers. They're also accountable to us. Does management believe in this company or is it just this board? Are they working for the company or against it? For the shareholders or against us? Sometimes it's hard to tell.
