Last sentence of section on Stock Option Grant:

"The options to non-executive directors and other employees have an exercise price of C$5.50 and vest over 4 years, with the first vesting of 25% on the first anniversary of the grant and the balance vesting quarterly over the following three-year period."

Should "non-executive directors" in the first line be "officers" instead?
