In a civilized world which I believe Canada belongs to, (at least outside agoracom) your demand would be formulated as a request, something like:

"Thomas (Mika), please look into it and have it fixed urgently, thanks!"

Your rudeness, like all rudeness here, is not the way to make Mgmt. act in our favor. If I were in their shoes I would possibly think "why should I do this ruthless bunch of retailers any favor?". Don't tell me a higher SP is also in their interest. It is, if we disregard the cheap long running options, but with production imminent they can live with it far better than we do.

So why not be polite or at least civilized in communication with TM? Is it going to hurt your ego when you appear decent? Yes, we know you want to be perceived as Master of the Universe, but does it always serve your purpose?
