Exactly what development do their customers require? The release occurred months ago. Pad locations to meet their requirements have been established. Do you expect them to make more change requests?  

As has been stated internal stress testing beyond the norm has already been provided  and it would not be hard to envision some of these customers wanting to get production orders rolling ASAP to be first in line.
