Yup that just about covers it and although at this point I pretty much fulfill all 10 of the above, I hang around.............but not quite sure why.
The biggest disappointment from my perspective is that a number of insiders, we know who they are, have not taken the opportunity to support the company's market cap ie. SP
There have been instances where insiders could have and still can purchase shares on the open market or, exercise inexpensive options that could and should demonstrate a realm of confidence to the market. Even if it does not influence the upward direction of the share price it sure would signal to me and all other shareholders that management is doing their part aside from the technological and operational progress which we know is happening.
I know there are a multitude of retail shareholders that have share holdings in Poet that far exceed any and all of management's share holdings. I expect this to be the case with maybe a few retail shareholders but not as many as that exist today. I don't consider myself a significant shareholder but when I hold shares that are only exceeded by Suresh's holdings (and not by much) and no one else from management, it causes me to contemplate what the institutions think of management's financial commitment. Personally, my holdings are only exceeded by two institutional shareholders, so I just gotta wonder what their thought process must be when assessing the investment value presented by Poet.
This is all within management's control and ability. It does not require a great deal of time (I know they're busy) and surely it would stimulate an entirely different aura surrounding this company.
All of management need to pony up and grows some nads.
