I wouldn't say "contend with". More like a fantastic vehicle to get us from point A to point B.

I guess it all depends on how one sees it. For me, I see it as a great deal. Especially, considering the alternative. We wouldn't get this agreement without the financiers believing in the products Poet has to offer.
