Right now, we have that large interest because Sanan hasn't yet spent (contributed) all the money to the JV they agreed to spend. It's expected to be spent along the way. As it's spent, Sanan's percentage interest in SPX goes up.

Likely will get to 53/47, Sanan's favor, by the time mass production begins. Just my guess.
