This is the way business is done today.  There has been a major shift since Covid.  And, although Covid isn't as significant of a threat today, we have become accustomed to conducting business virtuallly.  I wouldn't overreact to this announcement.  I'd much rather have POET execs focusing on building a valuable company, and every minute of the day it takes do to this, than spending time on planes, long dinner meetings, and hotels.  This is a start up mentality - Make efficient use of your time.
