They are not going to wait till June 30; in fact, there likely will not be any significant news disseminated at the AGM, notwithstzdjbg that every year some here anticipated it. The news, if there is any, will be released as it is ready to be released, and I anticipate at least 2 NRs between now and the AGM. 

Will those NRs be market movers?  That's always the question. Will they involve companies no one here has ever heard of, but then we "discover" they are the ideal companies for our business?  LOL. History does tend to repeat. 

It sure would be nice to get the share price up to $5US before the AGM.  Will our NRs have sufficient fire power?
