oldGreg, I can see how this could be misunderstood in the beginning of the news release and how you interpret "and" but they mention more than one agreement.  

" today announced that it has signed agreements with HE Capital Markets for distribution of the Company’s content on Investors Hub and Wall Street Silver Services (“WSS”).

and it's pretty clear when they got down to the payments.  We are paying both HE and WSS. 

"The Company will pay US$15,000 to HE Capital Markets, which is headquartered in London, UK, and US$15,000 to WSS."

i wonder where WSS is headquartered?
