Absolutely agree. This represents a perfect opportunity to "pump the tires" irrespective of whether the Company sees it as material not.

It is beyond stupidity, it is irresponsible and disrespectful to the shareholders. 

If the Company is that frustrated with its retail shareholders then seek a suitor to buy us out.
