We need institutional investors!  The company needs to figure out a way to make this to happen.

The Nasdaq listing so far has been unsuccessful. Even all of the company's progress in the past year has not made a positive impact. 

I believe management is smart enough to realize shareholder value is at its lowest point in several years. The current promotional program is lackluster.
