It will be interesting to see how the next round of debenture warrants coming due shortly play out. Management participated and now share price as I  write this is barely above trigger point. Unfortunately, share price drop is a result of not enough volume interest from market to soak up the ridiculously low  4.25 repriced warrants overhang that ends today. Management needed funds and did what they had to do short term .However from a market perception aspect,  I  concur with scary racoon comments on this point.

Dont kid yourself, those that converted so far have many ways to have paid up front for the warrants weeks ago and then continue trading to cover the cost and perhaps even profit from it. Its the way the game is played.

Recall Tom hinted earlier this week of upcoming announcements. Was he telegraphing these announcements will be significant enough to attract investors to drive share price up? 

From my experience outstanding paper notably when management participates is always a priority so we should see some developments in the next few weeks. At the risk of being pumpish, remember if you believe in POET, its always best to add when anxiety and fear rises..were getting close to that point imo
