The exercising of the 2019 debenture warrants is a non event as long as the share price keeps going down. The differential between the existing share price and exercising these $5.00 warrants is considerably less than the $4.25 warrants. At what point do people become reluctant at paying $5.00 when the share price is on a downward trend. ?
