Sorry Dash, but I don't see the rules being that rigid, and the time of a news release can be manipulated among the makers of the news. The news is there now. The deals are in the works and done even. We already know that much news is held secret by partners and can only be released when they agree it should be. The time for release is up to the parties involved if they decide to release it at all. I think what is done in the stock market has very little to do with rigid rules and more to do with what best suits the company or even in some cases what's best for certain people involved.
