Shares outstanding Sept 30, 2022 was 36,715,315 as you state. However shares outstanding for Dec. 2, 2022 was 38,372,379 according to a chart posted on Feb. 14 by Isfa (post #35285953) on Stockhouse. You indicate that this same share count was for Feb. 24, 2023 so their is some discrepancy between the two posts. Since the period from Sept. 30 to Dec. 2 the share price of poet did not exceed $4.25 and it would have been unlikely any warrants would have been exercised. I am not saying you are wrong but I don't know what to make of the discrepancy
