We don't know whether he participated in the most recent raise but it was my understanding that the repricing of the warrants played a role in getting participation in the most recent raise.

This is what made me think that. Maybe the first round didn't go as planned. "So fool me once shame on you fool twice shame on me."  But what do I know? I could be very wrong. Hope so. I sure would like to see him involved again in some capacity.
