No, it isn't.  In fact it is in their interest to sit back and let the sellers push it down. Since there appears to be no other interest, they are not going to be aggressive. 

Let's face reality:  POET has not done a good job of working with the street to generate interest.  Understandable in some ways as this was not clsoe to Suresh's job at Global Foundaries.  Let's hope that OFC attention helps to generate some sort of spotlight shining in this corner. I was going to say obscure corner but really this intersection between electrical and optical domains appears to be a near critically important corner of the world. Which makes the lack of interest generated all that much more of a connundrum.
