There is no value proposition. ESG and DEI "specialists" are parasites. They extract value in the form of equity and cash payments from the most productive elements of society. Slowly morphing the internal structure of the host to meet their globalist-utopian demands until the entity is so impaired it's no longer capable of actually executing the function or utility it was created for.
