"If true they waited for the amendment to be accepted by the exchange, why was the acceleration triggered today? We are not ten days after the acceptance, and if it was to be ten days after the vote, that passed a few days ago.  Yet the trigger is today.  I think Mississippi is correct, the language adopted in the warrant amendment was "may" and not "will".  So next question: Why today?"
