No it should not be that hard. Now you have me confused.

Here are the facts as I see it. They announced NR on Jan 23rd before market opened (as Tombot corrected me).  Count 10 trading days it brings you  to the end of day Feb 3rd as the 10th day share price stayed above 4.89$ Can.Then warrant holders have 30 Calendar days to convert their warrants. Where did you get Feb8th?

If i have to eat crow ( again) on this and other points then I promise not to post til the end of this month:)
